The Saltings offers its four star luxury gÎte in a picturesque vineyard with stunning water views in Sandspit. The gÎte sleeps up to six adults in three ensuite bedrooms and a minimum stay of one week is required to book this charming accommodation. The gÎte is comprised of two apartments with separate entrances and both apartments have kitchen facilities. The superking orthopaedic beds are of premium quality, providing excellent back support and luxurious comfort with the pure silk pillow tops. Fine linen, feather duvets, cotton bathrobes and electric blankets compliment these fine beds. Both apartments have a lounge, a dining room and French doors leading onto private decks. On the upper level, the Bordeaux apartment is luxurious and has glorious views over the vineyard and estuary. The two air conditioned bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and private decks. The Master bathroom has a claw foot bath for that extra touch of luxury and the modern and fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher.
On the ground level, the Merlot apartment has a kitchenette with gas hob, microwave and a dishwasher. This lovely coastal accommodation is just forty five minutes north of Auckland and situated on a biodynamic vineyard. It is the perfect base to explore the Matakana Coast and the Hauraki Gulf.
